Description
This painting “Historical Heart of Poland” is from the series “Poland”, subseries “Krakow”. It was painted from nature in the open air on the top of Mount St. Benedict (another name is Lyasota Hill), 203 meters high. The mound is located on the right bank of the Wisla River and is named after the legendary Polish prince Krak, the founder of Krakow. This wonderful historical place offers the best panorama of Krakow. The view of the centuries-old history – the buildings and the castle of the Wawel kings cannot leave anyone unconcerned!
The frame is unique stylized by the artist.
I create my paintings using high-quality paints (Rembrandt, Van Gog, Winsor, Renesans, Cobra) that allow me to preserve their condition for 100 years or more.
