Explore the magnificent Yaroslav’s Courtyard, a vivid representation of the central fortified area of Kyiv Rus. This painting one of my favorite and biggest paintings (Its length is 158 cm). It is the third one in my “Yaroslav’s Truth” series, showcasing a grand reconstruction of 10 hectares near Kyiv. Painted en plein air during the “Kyivska Rus” project, this artwork captures the historically significant landscape, meticulously reflecting of Ancient Kyiv as it existed a thousand years ago.
